How can I book a ride?
You can book conveniently using my online form, by email, WhatsApp or by telephone. I will contact you immediately to confirm your booking.
How far in advance should I book?
To guarantee availability, I recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season or for special occasions.
Is it possible to book at short notice?
Yes, I try to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Contact me and I will check my availability immediately.
Are journeys outside regular business hours also possible?
Yes, but only upon prior individual request with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Of course, after each booking you will receive a written confirmation with all the details via WhatsApp or email.
Can I plan several stops or intermediate stops?
Yes, I will be happy to plan your route individually with all the desired stops. Please let me know when you make your booking.
Do you also drive internationally/across borders?
Yes, I also offer international trips. For cross-border transfers, please inform me in good time before booking so that I can prepare all the necessary documents.
I am planning a stay on Bornholm (Denmark) and need a driver for this. Are you also available for this?
In principle, this is possible. Departures are possible from the Sassnitz (Mukran) ferry port.
How are prices calculated?
Prices are based on the distance and duration of the journey. Please contact me directly for exact quotes.
What payment methods are accepted?
I accept cash, bank transfer and credit cards. A card terminal is available in the vehicle.
When is payment due?
For single journeys, payment is due immediately after the journey.
For day packages or longer bookings, a deposit of 30% is usually required at the time of booking.
Are there surcharges for night journeys or public holidays?
No, all journeys have fixed prices, regardless of the time of day.
What are the cancellation terms?
No charges apply for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start of the journey. For later cancellations, I charge 50% of the agreed price.
Can I change my booking?
Changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the journey, depending on my availability.
What happens if my flight/train is delayed?
I monitor your arrival time and adapt flexibly. You will not incur any additional costs in the event of delays.
Who will drive me?
As the owner, I drive personally and thus guarantee a consistently high standard of service.
Do you also offer airport transfers with flight information monitoring?
Yes, for airport transfers, I monitor your flight data in real time and adjust my pick-up time accordingly.
Will my luggage be collected/brought to my room?
Yes, I will take care of your luggage and, if you wish, bring it to your hotel room or collect it from there.
Are drinks really free?
Yes, soft drinks such as Coke, Fanta, Sprite and water are always included in every journey. For special occasions such as wedding trips, etc., please contact me in advance with your individual drink requests.
Can I charge my mobile phone?
Yes, USB-C ports and suitable charging cables are available.
Can I use and charge my laptop?
Yes, you can charge your laptop via USB-C ports. USB-C cables with the necessary power are available.
Can I request music?
Of course, you can request your own music.
Am I allowed to smoke or vape during the journey?
Smoking is not permitted on commercial passenger transport. However, breaks can be taken, especially on longer journeys.
Are stopovers or breaks possible on longer journeys?
Breaks and stopovers are possible at any time. Please feel free to speak to me directly about this.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, pets are welcome upon prior notification. Please inform me when booking.
Are child seats available?
Of course, I provide child seats free of charge upon request.
Can you accommodate special requests?
I am happy to fulfil special requests such as sparkling wine, champagne, flowers or other gifts. Please let me know your wishes when booking.
Do you also offer rides with decorations for special occasions (weddings, anniversaries)?
I am happy to decorate my vehicle for special occasions such as weddings or anniversaries according to your wishes.
What is the maximum number of passengers?
My Mercedes V-Class comfortably seats up to 6 people and has a spacious luggage compartment.
How much luggage can fit in the vehicle?
The vehicle can accommodate up to 6 large suitcases plus hand luggage, depending on the number of passengers.
Is the vehicle air-conditioned?
Yes, my vehicle has air conditioning with individually adjustable climate zones for maximum comfort. The two luxury seats in the second row are also air-conditioned, heated and equipped with a massage function.
